Our orders are shipped using Standard Shipping. When placing an order you must provide us with your complete street address in the Shipping Information section of the checkout form. Unfortunately, our carrier cannot deliver to PO boxes.

Wholesale Shipping and Freight Charges

Shipping and handling charges will be added to your invoice. Unless you give us specific shipping instructions, we will effect shipment by means we deem most appropriate. The Majority of orders are shipped UPS Ground. UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3 Day Select services are also available. On small orders we select the lesser cost between UPS and Priority Mail.

Please note that UPS does not deliver to a PO BOX address.

Drop Ship: We will drop ship direct to your customer and mail you the invoice for payment. There is $1.00 per item charge in addition to the Freight charge.

Retail Shipping and Freight Charges

The Majority of orders are shipped First Class or Priority mail (package weighing more than 1 pound). The shipping charge shown on your online order applies to the First class or Priority mail. If you specify other methods with higher costs, the additional charges will be added to your order.

Retail orders of $90.01 or more will receive Free Standard Shipping (Priority Mail or UPS Ground).

Delivery Time

Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 24–72 hours from the receipt of your order. For rush shipments we will make every effort to ship the order by the next business day. Orders received after 3:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day. Orders for special-order products may require additional lead time.

Shipping time depends upon the destination address. Delivery time estimates are not a guarantee and are provided only for your convenience. They indicate our carrier's best estimate of the time in transit (in business days) after the shipment leaves our place of business. Unfortunately we have no control over their accuracy, or over delays in shipping resulting from the carrier. Delivery estimates do not include our lead time in preparing your order.

International Shipments (Including Canada)

Shipping charges shown on your online order applies to domestic addresses only. International small packages will be shipped Air Mail. Larger packages will be shipped UPS Express. Shipping charges will be added according to the destination.
